Customer Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

1. Lead customer planning meeting (CPFR) for KA customers to obtain 13 weeks SI plan for both Phone and AIoT products.

2. Be responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensuren achievement of SI target for the channels.

3. Work together with internal teams like Logistics, Finance to solve blocking point during delivery process.

4. Build good relation with customer's buyer and logistics sides to reinforce delivery process.

Requirements

1. 5 years' working experience in Planning, Fulfillment, Supply Chain process.

2. Cooperative working experience with Mexican major retailers and carriers.

3. Good attitude and sense of responsibility, can work proactively to solve any issue related to planning and fulfillment.

4. Fluente in English speaking and writting.
