Job Description

Responsible for sales execution and managing customer relationships for assigned outlets, wholesalers, and customers

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop volume fulfillment strategies and plans aligned with sales targets and covered accounts
  • Set monthly and weekly sales activities based on outlet segmentation guidelines
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (KPIs)
  • Report sales development and volume depletion to Sales Manager.

Customer & Account Management

  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular sales calls and outlet visits
  • Consult customers on product listings, pricing adjustments, product features, and promotions
  • Recruit new outlets and develop new customers
  • Manage wholesaler account risk, including AR collection and credit limits.
