Overview

The role will work with the Priority customers and Categories to develop & implement account specific Joint Business Plan by leveraging global best practices and consumer insights.The role will also ensure rigor in tracking the execution and KPIs of the JBP for the priority customers

Responsibilities

Customer Management

  • Be the custodian of Vol, Value & Share for Pep Foods for priority customers
  • Lead the planning & delivery of JBP (Joint Business plan) with customers & become their preferred partners in each category PI exist
  • Be the lead for planning with customers to ensure delivery of monthly vol, val & share gain as per Pep AOP target
  • Develop Omni Channel play by partnering with customers – assortment, content, activation
  • Vol & AOP delivery Play lead role in developing and execution of AOP , including planning & implementation of marketing initiatives across a set of MT customers
