We are seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Engagement & Activation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who love meeting people, understand local consumer behavior, and can create memorable brand experiences on the ground. Youll be the first point of contact between our brand and the customer, playing a crucial role in activating interest, collecting useful data, and fostering loyalty.In this field and interaction-heavy role, you will lead on-ground promotions, engage with walk-in or doorstep customers, collect user information, drive sampling campaigns, and educate consumers about our unique value such as fresh, natural, and home-delivered groceries, milk, oil, pulses, and non-veg products.
