Customer Engagement Advisor

The opportunity
We're currently looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor. Someone to join our Customer Engagement Team and to help us deliver the best Customer Experience in our industry. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.

As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will belong to the Customer Engagement team consisting of one CEC Manager, two 2nd line Specialists supporting escalations and 7 advisors bringing the team together by providing exceptional customer service. The Customer Engagement Center assists and collaborates the most across all departments at Polestar. The position is located at our Fornebu office right outside of Oslo.

The Responsibilities
