The Customer engagement Lead defines and implements the annual newsletter strategy to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across the Sports Experts, Atmosphere, and Trio Hockey banners. Reporting to the Media and Go-To-Market Manager, this role serves as an internal expert and plays a key role in optimizing our customer database and journeys.
