About the Role
Customer Engagement Manager – Sunwater (Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia). You will act as the central link between Sunwater and thousands of irrigation, urban and industrial customers across regional Queensland, ensuring their views and needs shape business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer forums, events and education initiatives to drive customer‑focused outcomes.
- Lead a customer service team, ensuring high‑quality processes, system maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide expert advice on customer‑involved initiatives, recommending risk management and opportunity realisation.
- Identify and prioritise emerging customer and policy issues, develop mitigation and resourcing plans in collaboration with SMEs.
