Customer Engagement Manager – Shape the Future of Digital Healthcare Engagement at InstantScripts, part of Wesfarmers Health. This 12-month fixed-term role (parental cover) blends cutting-edge martech, AI-powered personalisation, and strategic storytelling to transform customer relationships. Reporting to the Head of Customer, you will architect and execute engagement strategies across multiple digital channels, turning healthcare interactions into moments of connection, education, and advocacy.

What You'll Own

• Strategic Innovation: Design and deploy AI-enhanced engagement and retention strategies for 2M+ customers, leveraging data and automation to deliver personalised healthcare experiences and information at scale
• Platform Mastery: Own our Customer Relationship Platform, orchestrating campaigns that inform, inspire, and activate our community via email, SMS, app and onsite
