Location: 5 Waterside Court, Galleon Boulevard, Crossways, Dartford, DA2 6NX Contract: Fixed Term or Zero Hours Salary: Fixed Term – £24,570 per annum / Zero Hours – £12.60 per hour Hours: Full time and part time hours available along with zero hours contracts

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to play a key role in delivering our Water Efficiency Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to tackling one of the most pressing environmental challenges in the UK.

We are looking for someone who is confident and clear in communication, especially over the phone and by email. You must be organised and proactive in engaging with customers and promoting the programme benefits.
