Customer Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

·       Manage foundry customer development programs together with sales team through technical perspective.

·       Primary technical account interface with the customer and all other internal functional teams.

·       Responsible for facilitating and strengthening communication to achieve business & design-in goals; Covering from NPI (new product introduction) to Mass Production.

·       Support technology review for potential new business development initiatives.

·       Deep understanding of customer's specific technical requirements for each engagement opportunity.

·       Support customer design in activities (tape out, technical advice, coordination of internal/external resources).

·       Suggest improvements for strengthening market positioning through technical support perspective
