Job Description

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with device management concepts, such as API and marketplace integrations for collaboration suites, migration or change management approaches, or no-code and workflow automation services.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in on-premise and cloud-based productivity and collaboration solutions (e.g., chat, mail, video conferencing).
