About the Role

As part of the Operations team, this Customer Engineer role will be responsible for providing technical support to customer-users based on their needs, related to our products and services (CAD/CAM and MES/ERP solutions). This includes supporting the full software lifecycle: from implementation and user training to incident resolution.
