**Minimum qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing role.

+ Experience serving in the capacity of a pre-sales, customer-facing field engineering people manager capacity leading a multi-regional team.

+ Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.



**Preferred qualifications:**



+ Experience in building product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept planning and execution, and the coordination and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of database solutions.
