What you'll do as a Customer Enrolment Administrator

As a Customer Enrolment Administrator you will have a core focus on supporting our busy sales teams during the initial early life stages of our customers. 

No previous experience is required, we are looking for colleagues who wish to excel and are driven to succeed, all we ask is that you are a brilliant listener, have a passion for problem solving, and ability to empathise and understand customer needs.

This role will also include but not be limited to:

  • Successfully execute the Customer Enrolment sales plan achieving all targets and objectives
  • To work incoming applications submitted via our sales team and relay feedback on the quality of these
  • Actively contribute to improving the Customer Enrolment team processes and procedures
  • Maintain a close and supportive relationship with our sales team
