Customer Excellence & BI Manager

The main purpose of the CEX & Business Intelligence Manager role is to contribute on ESTEVE’s local commercial transformation, driving operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent, effective, and high-performing commercial operations, identify opportunities and optimize processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in close collaboration with cross- function team (Marketing, Medical, Sales, IT, Finance, People & Org…).
