Summary

The Head of Commercial, reporting to the VP, General Manager Spain, is accountable for leading Madrigal’s sales and marketing organization to successfully launch, establish, and grow Rezdiffra in the Spanish market. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring that commercial strategies are tailored to local market dynamics while aligned with regional and global priorities.

As a key member of the Country leadership team, the Head of Commercial will inspire and develop a high-performing team, partner closely with Market Access and Medical Affairs to deliver compliant, coordinated plans, and engage with external stakeholders to expand patient access.
