Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, support, account management, development, and professional services to identify struggling customers, develop resolution plans, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coach, develop, and manage other customer excellence specialists and/or coordinators.
  • Recommend and provide additional services including system audits and training.
  • Assist the Collections department with customer calls when payment issues are identified.
  • Manage distribution and follow‑up for customer survey results including support surveys, professional service surveys, system audit surveys, annual overall surveys.
