Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, support, account management, development, and professional services to identify struggling customers, develop resolution plans, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Coach, develop, and manage other customer excellence specialists and/or coordinators.
- Recommend and provide additional services including system audits and training.
- Assist the Collections department with customer calls when payment issues are identified.
