Job Description

As a proactive communicator dedicated to delivering EPIC customer experiences, the CES is a key liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and customers. This role manages the full order cycle, supports commercial growth, and ensures seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts from onboarding through daily operations
  • Address customer inquiries
    directly
    and resolve issues efficiently
  • Build and maintain relationships with
    suppliers,
    clients, and the commercial team
  • Oversee the order cycle from entry to delivery
  • Coordinate with suppliers around the globe for accurate and timely fulfillment of orders
  • Collaborate with
    internal
    supply chain, logistics, and trade services
    teams
    to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages
