Job Description
As a proactive communicator dedicated to delivering EPIC customer experiences, the CES is a key liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and customers. This role manages the full order cycle, supports commercial growth, and ensures seamless product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts from onboarding through daily operations
- Address customer inquiries

clients, and the commercial team - Oversee the order cycle from entry to delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers around the globe for accurate and timely fulfillment of orders
