Manages the day‑to‑day operations of the Globe kiosks from the promotion of digital channels, management of inventory and accomplishment of sales targets. Educates customers and leads their assisted digital journey. Engages new & existing customers with Globe products and services.
- Assist walk‑in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
- Sells all products and services to walk‑in customers.
- Performs product demonstrations.
- Accept, screen, evaluate and approve documents received from subscribers.
- Practice timely and efficient customer delivery thereby achieving targets for the entire team.
- Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after‑sales transactions.
- Ensure proper monitoring and timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library.
- Able to function as admin and cashier.
