Responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers by providing assistance, recommendations, on best Globe products and services to meet their needs and/or resolving their issues

> assists customer's journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education

> attends to sales & service needs of customers

> approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system

> processes payment for bills, purchases and other transactions
