Job Description

As an Customer Success Analyst - at Simplus a 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
- Support the management of Simplus customer success areas with the implementation and monitoring of KPIs;
- Control conversion rates at all stages of the customer relationship process;
- Participate in the creation and execution of management processes;
- Transform data into relevant information, generating insights for boards of directors to make strategic decisions;
- Maximize the performance of current processes;
- Onboarding and customer training on the platform;
- Support for internal and external customer queries.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 06 months of experience with customer service;
- Proactive, motivated and empathetic;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Persuasion power;
- Negotiation.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Desirable English language.
