Responsibilities

CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

  • Open to High School (old curriculum), Senior High School graduates, college undergraduates, and graduates.
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience .
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao, Quezon City .
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work.
