Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to premium home appliances.

• Assist customers with product unboxing, usage guidance, troubleshooting, and maintenance queries.

• Log and track customer complaints, warranty claims, and service requests in the CRM (Zoho).

• Coordinate with demo experts, service centers, and logistics teams for faster resolution.

• Maintain high standards of service quality aligned with global customer experience benchmarks.


Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi; regional languages are an advantage.

• High empathy and patience while interacting with premium customers.

• Basic technical troubleshooting ability for home appliances.

• Good typing speed and proficiency in computer applications; CRM experience preferred.

• Prior experience (1–2 years) in customer care for consumer durables/electronics.
