Customer Experience Associate – Entry Level
Location: 5Carrollton, TX 75010
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM or 9AM–6PM (Voluntary Weekend OT Available)
Pay: $22–$23/hr | Contract-to-Hire
About the Role
Start your career in the mortgage and financial services industry with a nationally recognized lender. As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll serve as the primary contact for consumers navigating the loan origination process after their discussion with a licensed loan officer. You will help deliver a smooth and supportive customer experience while ensuring processes move efficiently within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD).

+ Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and text communications
