What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our customers as they prepare to build their homes. You'll keep them informed, supported, and confident from the moment they sign up through to the start of construction.
This is not a call centre role - you'll be providing a more personalised and hands-on experience, working closely with both customers and internal teams.
