Essential responsibilities and duties

As a customer contact, responsible for FCE 0km claim handling, problem analysis, construct reports.
You will be responsible to obtain precise information for quality improvement in cooperation with manufacturing process and R&D team by 
• Recognize actual situations and how to use our products through customer evaluation or market information to sustain and improve customer satisfaction 
• Fault analysis of suspected units with using FTA and/or other quality tools to define the root cause and implement countermeasure
• Cross functional teamwork & quick problem solving
• Obtain 4M change information and submit change requests
• Market analysis to judge app...
