Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our team on a fixed term basis, to deliver first-class service to our Free Trade customers, business partners and Managed Pubs. In this role, you’ll combine excellent customer service with a strong commercial mindset—maximising sales opportunities, retaining accounts, and resolving customer queries quickly and effectively. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, eCommerce and field teams, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a telesales call diary in line with agreed service levels.
Maximise sales, retention, and purchasing across all categories.
Resolve customer queries promptly, delivering effective first-time resolutions.
Promote new, seasonal, and promotional products through strong product knowledge.
