Job Description

Customer Experience I and II, are the entry and next level in Customer Experience Team. He/She is the overall Customer Service of the organization across all products and services we offer. He/She builds strong relationship by providing client satisfaction. Thus, will help to maintain and/or increase revenue of the organization. Furthermore, he/she serves as coordinator between internal and external communications and/or agreement about results and feedback. Also, he/she is in-charge in attending daily activities related but not limited to customer orders, queries, and complaints. He/She will be under the direct supervision of Customer Experience Team Leader.
