Build strong relations with all aramex logistics customers, ensuring that the customers' needs are met while developing and expanding the business.

• Direct team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, training and ensuring the availability of resources.
• Collaborate with warehouse and other intimate departments as necessary to meet customer requirements, to take advantage of sales opportunities or, in the case of shortages, to minimize negative impacts on a business.
• Explain proposed solutions to customers, management, or other interested parties through written proposals and presentations.
• Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
• Develop and implement tools to maintain service quality level in fulfilling customer requirement.
• Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity.
• Review logistics performance with customers against targets, KPI’s and service agreements.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Negotiate and manage contracts process and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
• Target growth through extending current markets and developing new services and new markets.
Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education
• Bachelor's Degree Holder ( Business Administration or Logistics & Supply Chain )
• 5-7 Years Experience in Customer Service Management Role And Commercial exposure
• Fluent English & Arabic Language
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Problem Solving Skills
• Eager to Learn
