As a Customer Experience & Operations Executive, you will be the frontline voice of Phoenix — assisting customers, managing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll learn how a fast-growing wellness brand runs internally while also contributing to initiatives that impact real lives.
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email and calls.
- Assist with order coordination, scheduling deliveries, and updating records.
- Maintain customer satisfaction tracking and assist in retention strategies.
- Support administrative tasks such as basic invoicing, data entry and filing.
- Assist in community engagement activities (e.g. events, workshops, loyalty projects).
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer journey & processes.
