Main Mission

You'll work closely with the Spain General Manager in order to:

• Lead a major automation initiative in close collaboration with team coordinators to streamline processes, clearly define roles and responsibilities, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Reduce internal onboarding time by standardizing workflows, documentation and knowledge sharing, ensuring faster ramp-up and smoother team integration.
• Structure, transform and scale Customer teams (Support & Consulting) to support SaaS growth and ensure a high-performing, scalable delivery model.
