Customer Experience Representative

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and achieving optimal sales outcomes on the shop floor.

• Greet customers promptly, offer assistance efficiently, and serve them to meet their needs in compliance with quality standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging in up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives, and following up on requests effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth receiving process for items/shipments while maintaining accurate stock keeping records to prevent security risks and thefts. Conduct physical inventory checks as needed.​​


• Arrange merchandise displays continuously to ensure cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store space at all times.
