We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative  to support clients with vacation planning, reservations, and general travel-related inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is detail-oriented, and wants a flexible opportunity within the travel industry.

You do not need prior travel experience — training and support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel questions via email, phone, and online systems

  • Help process travel reservations and service requests

  • Provide accurate information on destinations, accommodations, and travel policies

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
