About the Role

Reporting to the Retail Centre Manager at Essendon, the Customer Experience Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey. Representing brands such as Subaru, Peugeot, Deepal and Foton – a global leader in commercial vehicles now making its mark in Australia – you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers both in-store and online from their first enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.
