As a company, we've always prided ourselves on providing truly outstanding customer service and as the business grew so has our Voice of Customer team! As such, we are looking for a Vocie of Courier to help us better understand our customers and couriers behavior and face our upcoming challenges.

The Ideal candidate will report to Voice Of Customer Manager and is a:

  • Project Manager: Designs, develops, and delivers a program roadmap designed to meet strategic CX goals
  • Insights Guru: Proactively Identifies, prioritizes and articulates concisely insights from multiple data points and reports
  • CX Techy: Discovers, configures and scales tools and systems that directly improve customer experience and increases support efficiencies
  • Conducts top line and in-depth analysis of customer data to determine significance of trends and impact on business and customer health
  • Leverages VoC analysis to assist with research, design, product, and service development
  • Oversees execution of platform implementation, data analysis, and report creation

  • 3+ years of analytics experience
  • 3+ years in matrix leadership role 
  • working in high growth tech companies/start-ups:Managing customer centric activities cross functionallyProven record leading end to end cross company initiatives
  • A passion for customer experience and a desire to work for a mission driven organization.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew is required.
