Grow- is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a brand-new team for a Fintech company.

Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Valencia, Spain

Employment type: Full-time (39h)

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat and social media
  • Showcase extraordinary communication skills such as listening, empathy and can personalize every customer conversation
