Job Description

We are currently looking Customer Experience Support Executive for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.
  • Ensure timely submission of required reports.

Qualification & Experience

  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
  • Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel PPT Power BI etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
