Your Role
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve a wide range of customer queries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Manage customer issues end-to-end, including complex cases, while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Support fraud investigations, dispute resolution, and complaints management.
- Identify and assist vulnerable customers, escalating cases when necessary.
