Roles and Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate Customer-Required Date, Customer-Shipped-Date by using the right methods and tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve delivery problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and expediting correction or adjustment.
Build long term sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Work closely with internal Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies with mentorship of the Senior members of the team.
