About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Growth Consultant to join our growing team. As a Customer Growth Consultant, you will be the trusted advisor for our clients, driving product adoption, ensuring satisfaction, upselling, and maximizing customer value. You'll play a critical role in reducing churn, increasing retention, and identifying upsell opportunities for our SaaS platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their goals are met with our product.

• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues to minimize churn.

• Conduct regular business reviews and success planning sessions.
