Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features or services. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Assist in creating reports on customer feedback and service trends. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a Customer Support Executive, Customer Service Representative, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
