Are you interested in the intersection of human resource technology and employee-related data, surveys and analytics? FOUNT has an opening on its Solutions team for a Customer Implementation Data Analyst. This role is primarily focused on customer onboarding and implementation, product configuration, service delivery, and post implementation analytics. Our Solutions team works internally with the Customer Success team and externally with customer project teams and senior executives to help them measure, visualize, and understand data that helps to identify sources of friction and inefficiency in an organization – what gets in the way of people doing great work and having great experiences at work.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Configuring customer dashboards for data visualization and analysis
  • Customer survey data normalization, ingest, and QA
  • Customer survey implementation and maintenance
  • Creating data queries and analysis
