Customer Knowledge Specialist

Hours of operation: Mondays to Fridays, UK/US Time zones; possibly 4PM - 12MN PHT or 8PM to 4AM PHT

Work Arrangement ( Onsite/Hybrid/Remote): Hybrid (full onsite during training and first month of go live)

Employment Type ( Project based or Probationary) Project-based (6 months)

Qualification:

• Completed at least 2 years in college of any course
• Willing to work in paranaque on a hybrid set up
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and

engaging content aligned with the brand’;s tone of voice.

• Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail and commitment to delivering

accurate and high-quality content.

• Proven experience with technical content writing or user manuals. Solid analytical skills for tracking knowledge base performance.
