Your tasks
The Customer Logistics Specialist is responsible to ensure the information flow and material delivery to the customer and any other distribution center. It should be according to customer requirements and standards.
- Receive and process customer call offs and / or single orders on SAP system.
- Analyze customer call offs and / or single orders.
- Manage customer delivery procedures and portals.
- Ship material according to customer call off.
- Follow up México invoicing requirements for every shipment.
- Bring support and information to Quality in case of an issue.
- Participate in the implementation of new projects or Engineering changes.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor Degree (Industrial Engineer or International Trade).
- 2 years of experience in Automotive Industry.
- Supply Chain knowledge.
- Customer Portals (Ford, Stellantis)
- Fluent / advanced English.
- Excel.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
