Role Overview

• Support permanent staff in managing and servicing Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) and micro-SME customers

Key Responsibilities

• Address operational and real estate-related needs of SME and micro-SME customers
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders
• Support companies affected by redevelopment works, including relocation planning
• Identify suitable alternative premises for affected companies
• Liaise with relevant agencies and internal departments to ensure smooth transitions
