Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established SLAs and other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly, including creative, digital, and production teams.

  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.

  • Develop and maintain campaign delivery metrics and reporting, providing regular updates to internal and external partners on campaign delivery performance.

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting issues related to campaign execution.

  • Create and maintain campaign documentation, supporting project plans and schedule.
