Customer Master Data Transformation Manager

Overview

Our Data Office team is seeking an experienced SAP Customer Master Data Manager to oversee and manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master data in our SAP system. This role focuses on ensuring high data quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data governance and integrity. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and has a proven track record of managing complex SAP CMD projects in the cosmetic and/or luxury sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, updating, and maintenance of customer master data in SAP.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures related to customer master data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from sales, finance, and logistics to ensure alignment on data requirements and processes.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
