Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Consultant to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering a seamless and personalized onboarding experience for new customers. Your mission is to guide users through our platform, help them maximize the value of our services, and drive long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding sessions for new customers via video calls, email, and chat
  • Design personalized onboarding journeys based on user goals and behavior
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Support teams to resolve user concerns
  • Monitor customer activation metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide actionable feedback to internal teams to enhance the onboarding experience
  • Contribute to help center articles and onboarding documentation

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bonus: Experience in the health, fitness, or wellness industry
