Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Consultant to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering a seamless and personalized onboarding experience for new customers. Your mission is to guide users through our platform, help them maximize the value of our services, and drive long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding sessions for new customers via video calls, email, and chat
- Design personalized onboarding journeys based on user goals and behavior
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Support teams to resolve user concerns
- Monitor customer activation metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide actionable feedback to internal teams to enhance the onboarding experience
- Contribute to help center articles and onboarding documentation
