The role of the Customer Onboarding Executive (UK) is important to us. You will be responsible for supporting our customers with a best-in-class customer onboarding experience. We would love to welcome you to our Global Telematics Hub – Arden Square, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Role responsibilities:
- Calling newly acquired customers to Radius Telematics and ensuring that they receive a red-carpet experience
- Working a ‘check list’ of items to ensure swift install and activation of customer Telematics devices
- Supporting new customers with providing systems training and setting up of key business software reports
- Seeking out additional opportunities for customer upsell and cross-sell into the wider Radius Group
- Working cross-departmentally to solve challenges with the customer at the heart of everything you do
- Updating business systems and CRM
